During autumn 2025 EstraHub will need to hire for the following roles. In the meantime feel free to express your interest by sending your CV following the format described above.

Landscape Designer

We need someone who has an eye for clear, compelling CAD drawings and graphics produced in AutoCAD. Ideally you would also be able to produce similar graphics in adobe software when required.

Initially this will be for work on a 5-year Horizon Europe project for which funding is secured from 2025 to 2030. The project has sites in Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Istanbul, Ukraine and New Zealand. During the first year we will need you to create drawings and diagrams to summarise analysis of these sites. In the following years we will need to have these analysis drawings developed for multiple sites, and also produce drawings for implementation of landscape interventions.

Initially this role should be on a flexible part-time basis, however there will eventually be an opportunity to increase to full-time.

 

Essential requirements

  • Experience with landscape design and / or architecture

  • Proficient with 2D Autodesk AutoCAD

  • Enthusiasm for Nature Based Solutions and innovative strategies

 

Desirable characteristics:

  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

  • Proficiency with 2D and 3D Revit

  • Experience creating detail drawings for landscape design during construction / implementation stages

 

 

Graphic Designer

We need someone who is able to produce clear graphics to communicate ideas succinctly to clients and stakeholders. We will also need you to provide graphics for our bids for Horizon Europe R&D funding.

Initially this role should be on a flexible part-time basis, however there will eventually be an opportunity to increase to full-time.

 

Essential requirements

  • Experience with landscape design, infrastructure design or architecture sectors

  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Indesign

  • Enthusiasm for innovation at the intersection of science and design

  • Strong English language skills

 

Desirable characteristics:

  • Proficient with Adobe PhotoShop

  • Experience with CAD or Revit

  • Experience with EU funding proposals, such as Horizon Europe proposals


 

Administrator

We need someone who is organised and able to support day-to-day administrative tasks. Initially this will be a relatively junior role but the intention is that you would grow with the company and that you would grow into a senior management position in the company.

We will need you help with various admin tasks including financial reporting on funded projects, budgets for Horizon Europe bids. Collating info on timesheets, expenses etc.

Initially this role should be on a flexible part-time basis, however there will eventually be an opportunity to increase to full-time.

 

Essential requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with architecture, construction or infrastructure sectors, or experience relating to EU funding such as Horizon Europe

  • Strong English language skills

 

Desirable characteristics:

  • Enthusiasm for innovation at the intersection of science and design

  • Graphic design capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite
